The court will be looking for a Clean Break order as part of the financial split.

This means that the settlement would not include any ongoing financial provision by either of the parties to the other party. The financial responsibility of one party to the other is thereby broken and that position remains for life.

That is why the court order is called a Clean Break for Life Consent Order.
