In which court will my case be heard?
Your case will be heard in a Financial Remedies Court (FRC).
Once the case has been issued it will be referred locally to a judge.

A financial remedies case is referred to the High Court when it involves complex issues, substantial assets, or serious claims, and the case is deemed unsuitable for the Family Court, requiring a High Court judge’s expertise.
