PAY BY INSTALMENTS
All our fixed prices can be paid by interest free instalments over a 6 month period. You will be invoiced monthly. No interest on pay by instalments.
PAY END OF CASE
If you opt for our Pay at the end of the Case Service our charges are calculated on a time spent basis.
OUR RATES

| v) | Hourly charging rate for attending/advocacy in court | £410 per hour |
| vi) | Hourly charging rate for travel | £205 per hour |
| vii) | Travel expenses: | £0.45 + vat per mile |
Please note that we are required to add on additional items added to an invoice. These additional items are called disbursements. Disbursements consist of any third-party expense or charge, such as (non-exhaustive):
i). court fees
ii). Forensic accountancy fees
iii). Medical reports
iv). Art valuation fees.
v). Any other expert report
YOU WILL BE INVOICED MONTHLY
You will receive a fully itemized invoice setting out exactly how much time has been spent on your case together with the date(s) the work was carried out, by whom and the charging rate.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN A PAY AT END OF CASE AGREEMENT
To take advantage of Pay End of Case, you will be required to sign an agreement which gives us the right to take monies on assets you have recovered to pay for the legal costs that have accumulated and which you owe the firm.
Our Prices
Option A – Fixed Price
This is our least expensive option. We offer a fixed price for:
- 1Lawyer/2Clients financial settlements
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation Agreements
- On a fixed fee contract, we can offer pay by instalments
Did you know that you do not need a solicitor to send the court documents needed to obtain a financial settlement order?
- We can provide you with the necessary court documents and at that time our involvement ends.
- You then simply send the court documents to the court using the government online court portal which is open to the public to use
- It is simple to use (if you can tax your car online, you will be able to use the court portal)
- This is the least expensive option and our prices start at £1,499.
Option B– Pay As You Go
- The time spent working on your case is multiplied by an hourly rate
- Invoiced monthly
- You make a payment on account to cover the months charges
Option C – Pay at End of Case
- Subject to T&Cs, we can offer in some case a pay at end of case facility
