Will I need a barrister to represent me in court?

At Z>UK DIVORCE we carry out most of the court advocacy in house to reduce costs.

However, on more complex matters, we will advise that an experienced barrister is instructed to represent you in court.

The costs of instructing barristers varies, but on an FDR hearing a typical charge would be £3,000 plus VAT.
Barristers’ charges are provided on a case-by-case basis.
